Step behind the scenes and become the winemaker for the day. In this hands-on Wine Blending Class, guests will explore the art and science of blending wine, discovering how different varietals, percentages, and techniques shape aroma, flavor, and structure.

Guided by our winery team, you’ll taste individual wine components, learn what each contributes to the final blend, and experiment with creating your own custom wine. Along the way, you’ll gain insight into balance, texture, and the decisions winemakers make before a wine ever reaches the bottle.

After you have created your blend we will take the picture of your group and that will appear on everyone's label along with the blend percentages.  It will take approximately 2 weeks for our team to blend your wine.
