We believe in Students Thriving
For students to thrive they need to be given access to funding and resources that allow them to excel in their academics and standardized testing performance.
We believe in Safe and Secure Spaces
Families should be able to send their children to school with the assurance that they are safe, seen and celebrated. Maintaining facilities and policies that emphasize security, and mental health services are our priority.
We believe in Evidence Based Decision Making
Knowledge is power, and allowing students to learn from evidence based curriculum will empower them to develop new ideas, foster creativity, and inspire ingenuity.
We believe in Elevating Awareness
Our community’s involvement in providing an enriching educational experience is essential to preparing our students for contemporary issues in the world.
We Roselle Park Board of Education candidates, Zachary “Z” Infante, Christian Camlio, and Marc Fernandez wish to welcome you into our coalition! We are a group of service driven residents running for office to help students thrive, create safe and secure learning spaces, elevate public awareness, and to move the district forward by making evidence based decisions.

Hello y’all, I’m Zachary "Z" Infante (Column 5) and I’m a lifelong Roselle Park resident who attended our schools from K-12. I hold a BFA from New York University and have held deep ties to service in our community throughout my life. I previously served on the Board of Education from 2021-2023 and have arranged with Broadway Producers to be able to remain on the board through upcoming professional endeavors. As an arts educator I have had the opportunity to work side by side with marginalized and at-risk-youth. Teaching them the skills to enhance their communication and performance abilities. I have served non-profits like The Sunshine Kids, the Valerie Fund, Paper Mill Playhouse, Future Perfect Project and Brooklyn Youth Company. I currently live with my partner in Roselle Park and hope to one day raise my children in the district.
Hi, this is Christian Camilo (Column 6) and I’m a dedicated lifelong learner who firmly believes that a quality education unlocks boundless opportunities for the future. As the proud son of a blue-collar family and a first-generation college graduate, I earned my B.B.A. from Mercy College and have over 15 years of experience leading operations and driving transformations for both large and small companies. My commitment to education and community welfare extends beyond my professional career, as I have served on numerous community boards and non-profits dedicated to enhancing education and improving the quality of life for local residents. My family chose to make Roselle Park our home because of its rich diversity, strong values, and tight-knit community spirit. I look forward to collaborating with neighbors and working together to ensure that every child in our community has access to the brightest future possible.
Hello, my name is Marc Fernandez (Column 7) and I’m a 10 year resident of Roselle Park and I served on the Roselle Park Board of Education from 2020 – 2023. For the past 23 years, I have worked in the healthcare industry helping families and individuals to secure health coverage. I am a married father of three beautiful daughters, two that currently attend Robert Gordon Elementary School. I grew up in New York City and attended Public School from K-12 and I believe that public education is vitally important to our community and our children. I hold strong that all children in our district should be treated equitably and that we should ensure the resources given to our district reflect that.
